Laura Amann is a designer and real estate professional and founder of Studio LACO, LLC. For more than two decades in real estate development and brokerage, Laura has helped clients successfully build their real estate portfolios, earning her an impeccable reputation for a data-driven, intelligent, and honest approach to doing business.

Laura grew up in New Orleans, a city rich in history, architecture, and culture. As the daughter of entrepreneurs and real estate “collectors,” she learned early on the value of building a smart real estate portfolio. Although she lived at the same address her entire childhood, it was never the same old house, as her mother routinely worked with architects and interior designers to update the home as an extension of her and her four children’s flow through life.

Laura’s adulthood, however, has offered a more nomadic existence. She has moved and renovated multiple homes to best fit the ages and stages of family life, living in Louisiana, Texas, the Washington DC suburbs, and Colorado. From the South to the East to the Mountain Region, her beautiful and authentic design style has had friends and family asking for assistance through the years, leading her to add formal study to her real-world design work.

Having been immersed in design and real estate all her life, it is no surprise that in 2023 Laura launched Studio LACO, where her passion and deep experience in the two disciplines authentically align.
